It is the icon for 'Damage'. See this page which describes that Jewel:This list shows the different icons (including 'Damage' and 'Manipulation'):The icon with the open hand / fingers spread is the icon for 'Manipulation' Spells. This page explains the various Spell types. See details for the Manipulation Spells:This link shows an example of a Manipulation Spell (with the open hand Icon):I don't know of any Jewels that have the Manipulation icon.Hope that helps.
