I actually liked the work I performed with Supervalu. They were contracted to run a food distribution center for Target. I worked in the freezer pulling and loading orders.
I enjoyed it because I lost a lot of weight and put on muscle working in those conditions. The people I worked beside were some of the best with whom I've ever worked. The center was terribly understaffed, however, and 60-70 weeks were common. Though it provided much over time, I rarely saw my family during the week. We were also required to work every holiday and time off was not easily approved. The facility itself was designed poorly.

The loading dock was far too small for the volume of goods, and the elevator system in the picking aisles broke down quite frequently. That meant they had an entire warehouse (either cooler or freezer) standing around.
