I was able to successfully install Myth: TFL in a Win98 bottle on the following machine:Soyo SY-7ISA+ Intel i815 MotherboardIntel Pentium III 866 MHz Processor512 MB SDRAMPNY Verto GeForce FX 5200 AGP 8x 256 MB DDRCreative Labs Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 PCI Sound Card (SB0220)Samsung CD-RW/DVD Drive Model: TS-H492A/RSWNDual Boot openSUSE Linux 10.3/Windows XP Pro SP3CodeWeavers CrossOver Games for Linux Version 7.1.2I used the Sold Out Software version of the game, and you can saveyourself some time and aggravation if you use the setup.exe file in theroot directory of the CD-ROM to install this version of the game ratherthan the autorun.exe approach.When I run the game, I use the startup.exe file in the CD-ROM rootdirectory. This starts the game launcher, and if you select the optionto play the game, the main menu appears.

The odd thing about this menu(and any in-game levels) is that in order to select an option, you haveto click about 1 1/2 inches above and 2 inches to the left of theoption you want to select. Some people find the Myth series difficultto play with its peculiar play and camera controls, but this addeddifficulty makes it impossible to play. You can play the tutorial andthe game, but you still have to contend with the cursor offset issue.Using a virtual desktop did not affect this problem.I applied the unofficial Version 1.5 patch from this site:.

This patch fixed the cursor offset issue.I have not tested multiplayer/network play.
