The CM1-CP and CM1-XP CPUs offer modules that are unique to their PLC line, such as Data Loggers, Load Cell, BACNET and Profibus modules.

The CM3-SP CPU offers the best of both worlds; designed with both brick and modular features. The CM3-SP CPUs are equipped with Digital I/O, two 20Kpps High-Speed Counters, two 100Kpps pulse outputs, and 32 PID channels with auto-tuning.
The CM3-SP CPU product line also offers additional modular components as well, such as Digital and Analog I/O, Thermal Sensing, Ethernet and Serial Modules. The brick-style CM3-SB units are an economical solution for smaller application that have integrated high-speed counters and digital I/O. The Redundancy system requires you that you have two bases a primary and secondary, which include; a power supply, power monitoring module, redundancy CPU, redundancy interface, redundancy communication module and a base to house all modules. Digital I/O ModulesCIMON's Digital I/O Modules are offered in multiple different configurations; modules are available with only inputs, only outputs or both inputs and outputs.
Their modularity and expandability make them ideal for even the largest applications. The units are available in either Sinking or Sourcing with either Transistor or Relay-type outputs. The PLC-CPU-XP is capable of handling up to 8,192 I/O points, the PLC-CPU-CP up to 1,024 points, the PLC-CPU-SP up to 384 I/O points, and the PLC-CPU-BP up to 128 I/O points. All modules are photo-coupler insulated so that units are not damaged. Analog ModulesCIMON's Analog I/O Modules are offered in 4, 8, or 16 digital channels, allowing for extreme flexibility in a number of different applications.
The XP and CP CPU series can also use the digital to analog modules that output from -10VDC to 10VDC. The analog to digital modules are available in either a 14-bit or 16-bit resolution, and can output -10VDC to 10VDC or 0VDC to 10VDC. These modules are ideal for use with Anaheim Automation's Brushless Drivers, which can take up to a 5VDC signal for speed control.
Communication ModulesThe CIMON line of Communication Modules allows the user to incorporate additional units into a system without having to worry about numerous communication protocols. The communication line offers RS232C, RS422/285, Ethernet, BACnet, Profibus, CDMA and CANopen which allows for the integration of a SCADA system to alert users of all facets of the production line. The RS232C and RS422/485 units are utilized for communication with production line controllers/drives via MODBUS or any other ASCII based protocol. Ethernet provides high speed up to 100Mbps so the user can forward real-time data to a Supervisory Software. The Profibus communication module enables seamless communication between different manufacturers' devices. The BACnet module can be used in various applications such as HVAC control systems, lighting control systems, security systems and many more. Temperature Sensing ModulesCIMON's RDT Module converts inputted temperature data by using a platinum-coated thermometer Pt100, JPt100 or Pt1000, NI1000.
Capable of processing inputted temperature data down to the first decimal place, capable of detecting a wire disconnection from each channel, and detecting excess range of input temperature, this line of RDT Modules greatly simplifies processes for the user. One module can connect with Pt100, JPt100 or Pt1000, Ni1000 with 4 point and 8 point to use respectively. Data Logger ModulesThe CIMON Data Logger Module is a larger capacity unit providing real-time data sampling and saving.
Equipped with non-combustible log memory (32MB), the modules data can be acquired at any time from a SCADA system. This unit is great for storing production line data, such as; daily items produced, daily down time, and amount of injuries. This module offers a self-diagnostic function that can detect communication and memory errors as well perform capacity checks.
The data logger can be written to periodically, it can be triggered or it can be event based. Power ModulesCIMON power supplies provide the necessary output for all CM1 modules. This sleek, modular unit is designed specifically for the system's current consumption—so no need to overpay for an over engineered power supply!
