We have CMS server as well and that wont even tell you this.You need third party software to know who called what number. Have not found any avaya solution for this.We use Tr-Line (optimaximal above links to it) but i dont trust it. To many times i have turned to it and found things missing due to the way tis set up or something not being maintained. I would prefer it just logged ever call then when it was needed the info was there instead of trying to be clever and failing when we really need it.
